We Are New to Market Solutions
While working on the development of several projects, we identified the need for assistance in launching new products more efficiently.
With NewToMarket’s Federal Basic Permit, Solicitor’s Licenses, License to Pour, & Trucking Permit, we successfully created "In-Market-Contacts" and developed an efficient process for “Test Launching Innovations”.
As other brand owners faced similar challenges, our portfolio expanded.
For Distribution Directly to Retailers, Park Street became the company of choice in the NY, NJ, CA, and FL markets.
This direct model allows us to manage the retailers and conduct first-hand consumer research.
After each test launch phase, performance is evaluated, and adjustments are recommended before a scalable Go-to-Market Strategy.
NTMS prides itself on creating an independent structure, allowing the client to obtain direct, unbiased, and real-time market data directly from retailers and consumers.
We help you bring innovation to life.

3 Strategic Advantages of Hiring a Fractional COO for High-Growth Brands
In today’s rapidly shifting consumer landscape, launching and scaling a brand—particularly in industries like wine and spirits, beauty, or wellness—requires more than just vision. It demands operational precision, cross-functional expertise, and the ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality. That’s where a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) becomes a game-changing asset.
Below are three core advantages companies gain when engaging fractional executive support:
1. Expert Execution of Product Launches
Whether you're introducing a new spirit, skincare line, or wellness solution, the product launch phase can be one of the most complex stages of business growth. A fractional COO brings deep expertise in managing:
Cross-functional coordination across R&D, marketing, compliance, and sales
Go-to-market timelines and supply chain readiness
Vendor management and production ramp-up
Route-to-market strategies (3-tier, DTC, OR retail)
A fractional COO, goes beyond execution by conducting feasibility studies that present multiple investment scenarios before decisions are made. They help organize operations to have clear accountability and define the critical infrastructure and resource needs, maintaining a lean operation. Additionally, They outline financial plans that align with long-term goals, ensuring the business is prepared not only for launch but for sustainable growth.
2. Scalable Operations Without Full-Time Overhead
One of the biggest myths in scaling a brand is that every executive role needs to be filled full-time. In reality, development-stage and growth-stage companies often need high-level operational leadership—just not 40 hours a week.
Hiring a fractional COO allows founders and CEOs to:
Access C-suite experience at a fraction of the cost
Stay lean while improving internal systems
Focus their time on vision, sales, and fundraising
Bring structure to teams that are juggling rapid growth
By offering flexible, part-time engagement, a fractional COO provides senior guidance exactly when and where it's needed—especially during critical growth sprints, investor due diligence, or organizational pivots. Pivots cannot be underestimated; they are essential for navigating a rapidly changing environment, evolving consumer expectations, and shifting product delivery demands.
3. Operational Discipline That Unlocks Growth
Too often, passion-driven businesses hit a plateau because the backend operations can’t keep up with demand. A fractional COO delivers the tools and accountability to scale sustainably:
Process design: SOPs, metrics, dashboards, and workflow clarity
Team alignment: Cross-functional communication and accountability systems
Cashflow visibility: Inventory, forecasting, and burn-rate control
Quality assurance: Vendor audits, testing protocols, and customer feedback loops
A fractional COO brings cross-functional experience across both global luxury launches and small-batch production environments. Regardless of scale, the principle remains the same: without operational clarity, growth can quickly become chaotic. With fractional support, businesses gain the structure and stability needed to maintain momentum, protect margins, and scale with confidence.
Final Thoughts
If you're a founder, investor, or executive working in the wine, spirits, beauty, or wellness sectors—and you're preparing for scale or launching something new—a fractional COO may be the smartest investment you can make. It’s not just about solving problems; it’s about building the operational engine that drives sustainable success.
